Using PrtScn (Screen Capture)

Print Screen is a very valuable tool. It can be used to show someone an image on your computer screen even if that person is not there. Just attach the saved image to an e-mail and send it to them.  Also, the image can be saved and then you can print it out.

The process is very simple.

Press the button on your keyboard that says "PrtScn". On most keyboards, it should be located at the top-right corner along with two other keys, ScrLk and Pause. After you've pressed the PrtScn key, the image is copied to your Clipboard.

Next, you must pull up your Paint program and paste the
image into that program. From there you will be able to edit and save the image

 After saving the image, you can e-mail it or print it off.
